6+ years experience creating interfaces, large-scale digital experiences, or applications
Excellence at designing a brand experience across multiple channels, including web, mobile and native applications.  Experiential, physical, and voice are a plus.
Experience designing for a variety of industries including retail, financial, travel, healthcare etc...
Direct client interaction experience with the ability to build relationships, understand client vision/direction and present designs and concepts.
Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch should be core elements of your toolbox. 
Strong experience using various prototyping tools to help understand the problem, test concepts and communicate experiences to internal teams and clients.
Full understanding of how to identify the true needs of users through research, Customer Journey Mapping, Jobs To Be Done theory and apply the insights to the design strategy and business needs. 
Successful track record leading interdisciplinary teams in creating great products, with proven skills in mentoring, presenting, and visual communication.
Knowledge of Service Design, design systems, and agile methodologies.
Risk taking in design, pushing past the obvious, and making something you love.


A strong background, with 3-5 years of UX and UI design experience, preferably some in an agency environment. You should consider intimate Photoshop and Illustrator to be something like family.
Strong conceptual thinking. We want people who can start a project off from an incredibly strong position and come up with surprising, cool concepts to move forward with.
Design skills. Prototype tools, such as: InVision, Figma, Marvel, Principle.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills—the ability to work with Leads and Design Directors and mentor other designers as well as the confidence and skill to communicate your ideas clearly.
A solid understanding of UX - Wireframes, User personas, User flow, User Journeys. You know a product needs more than just a pretty face.
A great attitude and a lack of ego.


8+ years of experience creating interfaces, large-scale digital experiences, or applications
Able to demonstrate, articulate and teach understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy. 
Gives strong design direction to other designers on the team, encouraging creative use of our client’s design principles and existing visual frameworks to produce designs and, where appropriate, new styles and patterns that are visually cohesive with the rest of our client’s products. 
Maintains, suggests and advocates for evolutions of our design principles and existing style guides with a holistic consideration for all of our client’s products. 
Engaging presentation style and visual communication skills—you should be insanely excited about your work and know how to spread that enthusiasm.
Experience leading interdisciplinary teams in creating killer products that consider innovation and usability. Huge is highly collaborative—we need someone who will not just listen but anticipate the needs, concerns, and input from teammates across departments.
Experience with senior clients. Someone who is an expert at handling themselves and our clients in every imaginable situation.
Forges strong relationships with other design teams at Huge and works with them to influence the entire Huge ecosystem.
Someone open to feedback who knows how and when to defend design choices.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field


3+ years of business analysis experience working with digital products of different scale;
Understanding of software development lifecycle and key UX/UI practices and processes;
Knowledge of requirements lifecycle, business analysis techniques, requirements management tools;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, running concurrent projects with multiple stakeholders;
Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work as a team player;
Good time-management skills, ability to handle multi-tasking activities;
High flexibility. Ability to modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances and feedback;
Addiction to learning and sharing your knowledge inside the team.
